Where are you located?
We’re co-located with Braidwood MPS (hospital). Look for the Braidwood Doctors sign across the carpark from the hospital entrance.
Is there parking available?
Yes — free parking is available on-site.
What are your opening hours?
8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Do you offer after-hours care?
For after-hours advice, call HealthDirect on 1800 022 222.
For emergencies, go directly to Braidwood MPS or call 000.
Appointments & Bookings
How do I book an appointment?
Online via HotDoc or by calling our reception team on 4842 1034.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes, but only if you’ve had a face-to-face appointment in the last 12 months.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
We recommend booking ahead. Walk-ins are accepted for urgent issues, depending on availability
How do I book for more than one issue?
Please ask for a long consultation to allow enough time.
Fees & Billing
Do you bulk bill?
We bulk bill children under 16 and DVA card holders. Other patients are privately billed — see our [Fees page].
What payments do you accept?
We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and Medicare
Easyclaim for instant rebates.
New Patients
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes — new patients are welcome. Your first visit will be a long consultation to take your history and plan care.
