All new patients are booked for a long consultation to allow adequate time to discuss past medical history and current needs. If you feel a shorter appointment is appropriate, please speak to our reception team.
New Patients
Telehealth Appointments
To be eligible for telehealth, you must have had a face-to-face appointment at our clinic within the last 12 months. These are charged as per our standard private fees.
Prescription Renewals
We offer online script renewals via HotDoc for existing patients who have been reviewed in the last 6 months.
Fee: $25.00
This is a non-Medicare rebateable service
No scripts will be provided for antibiotics or opioids without an appointment
Referral Renewals
We offer online referral renewals for medical specialists visits via HotDocs. This is only available for patients who are already known to their specialists, and is unavailable for new referrals and new conditions.
