Dr Lisa Buckley
General Practitioner
MBBS, FRACGP, Dip Child Health, BAppSc(SpPath)
Dr Lisa Buckley is a dedicated and compassionate GP who brings warmth, experience, and a practical approach to her work. She enjoys the full breadth of general practice and values the opportunity to work in partnership with her patients to improve their health and wellbeing — at every stage of life.Lisa has a sincere, down-to-earth style and takes the time to provide individualised, evidence-based care. With her extensive background across hospitals in both Australia and the UK, she’s especially skilled at helping patients understand and navigate the wider healthcare system.
She has a strong interest in women’s health, mental health, and paediatrics, and is a passionate advocate for accessible, quality care in rural communities. Lisa completed her Fellowship in General Practice through the North and Western Sydney Health Districts, after several years of surgical training.
Now proud to call Braidwood home, Lisa is committed to providing ongoing care that is local, trustworthy, and tailored to the needs of this remarkable community.

Dr Jennifer Yogarajan
General Practitioner Registrar
MBBS (Bond University) , AST Emergency Medicine
Dr Jennifer Yogarajan is a warm, knowledgeable, and dedicated GP Registrar at Braidwood Doctors. Having completed her Advanced Specialised Training in Emergency Medicine, Jennifer is now working towards Fellowship with the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine.Since graduating from Bond University in 2018, she has gained wide-ranging experience across Queensland, the Northern Territory, and New South Wales — developing a deep understanding of the unique challenges and rewards of rural and regional healthcare.
Jennifer divides her time between Braidwood Doctors, Braidwood Multipurpose Health Service, and Yass District Hospital. She has particular interests in chronic disease management, women’s health, and sexual health, and is committed to helping her patients feel informed, supported, and confident in managing their wellbeing.
Born and raised in Canberra, Jennifer has recently returned to the region to be closer to family and friends. She brings with her a passion for continuity of care and a genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the health of the Braidwood community.

Dr Dana Slape
Dermatologist
MBBS (Hons), FACD, FFFLM (UK)
We are thrilled to announce that Dr Dana Slape, Specialist Dermatologist, will be joining us at Braidwood Doctors. Dr Slape will provide regular specialist services from the clinic, with the hope that access to care closer to home makes life easier for both longstanding and new patients.Dr Slape is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists, a specialist qualification held by fewer than 600 doctors in Australia. She has with extensive experience diagnosing and managing inflammatory diseases of the skin including eczema, psoriasis, and acne. She has particular expertise in skin disease related to infectious and autoimmune conditions, informed by broad clinical experience across urban, rural, and remote communities, as well as internationally.
Dr Slape also consults on the surgical and non-surgical management of skin cancer and provides comprehensive skin surveillance for melanoma and non-melanoma skin malignancy. She has delivered regular dermatology care to the people of the Southern Tablelands for several years and has been transitioning to Braidwood since 2021, where she has now been permanently based for several years.
In addition to her community practice, Dr Slape is the Dermatology Clinical Lead and Clinical Director for Aboriginal Health for children, women, and men in custodial settings across NSW with the Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network. She also holds a Staff Specialist appointment at Campbelltown Hospital and provides outreach dermatology services to hospitals in the Northern Territory.
Dr Slape is known for her compassionate, warm bedside manner. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, her ridiculous cats, and persistently attempting to maintain a small but largely unsuccessful vegetable patch. Dana is delighted to be joining Dr Buckley and her exceptional team as a visiting specialist at Braidwood Doctors.

Natalie Grieshaber
Practice Manager
Natalie is a highly experienced Practice Manager and former medical practice owner committed to improving healthcare delivery in rural NSW communities. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed general practice operations and supported aged care and disability services with a strong focus on patient-centred care and community engagement.Known for her leadership in HR, compliance, and change management, Natalie has guided practices through periods of growth and transformation—building resilient teams and sustainable systems that enhance service quality. Her community-oriented approach, combined with a deep understanding of rural healthcare challenges, continues to drive her commitment to equitable, accessible, and compassionate healthcare for all.

Ainslie Ernst
Registered Nurse
Ainslie trained as a registered nurse in New Zealand, then moved to Qld following graduation to work in rural hospitals. Since then she has worked in a variety of roles including intensive care and neonatal special care.She now enjoys approaching health from a primary care perspective, particularly patient education and continuity of care.
She lives near Braidwood with her husband and three children and enjoys the country lifestyle and appreciates the amazing sense of community that Braidwood offers.
